About GoZupees
GoZupees is a London-based AI-native software company. We build operational efficiency for businesses deploying AI agents and AI functions across their operations — primarily mid-market telecom and ISP operators, professional services firms, and home services networks in the UK and US. We are small, fast-moving, and treat AI as a real operating partner, not a slogan.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end operating cadence of our go-to-market motion for one of our core verticals. That means sourcing target companies, segmenting them, running outbound sequences, tracking inbound signals, publishing content, and reporting on pipeline movement — all on a weekly rhythm.
We are not looking for someone to execute a checklist. We are looking for a smart operator who can read the numbers, spot what is working, and bring proposals for what to change next week. You will work directly with the founder and be the single person accountable for keeping the GTM engine running.
What you'll do
Sourcing and segmentation
- Build and maintain target account lists from sales intelligence tools, industry databases, event attendee lists, and manual research
- Segment accounts by size and stage (founder-led operators, growth-stage companies, larger enterprises)
- Map decision makers, influencers, economic buyers, technical buyers, and gatekeepers for each account
- Keep lists clean, deduplicated, and current
Outbound operations
- Upload and enrich leads into our CRM and outreach tools
- Track research cost per lead and manual verification rate
- Monitor touchpoint cadence — how many leads at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 weeks old and how many touches completed on average
- Categorise responses (positive, negative, no response) and hand qualified ones to the AE pipeline
- Identify patterns in what is and isn't working; propose changes for the next cycle
Inbound tracking
- Monitor website visitor data using web analytics and visitor intelligence tools
- Track sessions, pages per visit, video completion rates, and visitor-to-lead conversion
- Tag inbound leads by source (form fill, email, referral, social engagement) and by campaign angle
- Connect inbound activity back to revenue
Content and social operations
- Publish the weekly company newsletter
- Manage company pages and showcase pages on professional networking channels
- Collect and post company photos and behind-the-scenes content weekly
- Track content performance — format mix (how-to posts, list posts, templates, kits, ebooks, interactive pages, webinars, live events), engagement by day of week, exposure and engagement by format
- Identify which angles, themes, and formats drive the most results and feed that into the content plan
Pipeline reporting and learning
- Report weekly on: companies added to the funnel, inbound leads, outbound started, appointments booked, sales and prospect meetings held (broken down by meeting number — 1st, 2nd, 3rd with each account), deals in demo, discovery, contract, signed, and first deposit paid
- Own the "what did we learn this week, what will we change next week" section of the weekly GTM review
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in B2B marketing operations, sales development operations, or revenue operations — ideally in SaaS, software, or technology services
- Hands-on with sales intelligence and enrichment tools, a modern CRM, web analytics (GA4 or similar), and website visitor intelligence platforms
- Strong written English — you will be drafting messages, comments, and newsletter copy, and the standard is high
- Comfortable in spreadsheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis) and quick to learn new tools
- Curious about AI — not an expert, but someone who uses AI tools daily and is genuinely excited about what they can do
- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, asks good questions rather than waits for instructions
- Based in India, able to work hours that overlap with the UK working day
Nice to have
- Exposure to telecom, ISP, MSP, or IT services industries
- Experience with content marketing and newsletter publishing
- Familiarity with outbound email platforms and sequence tools
- Previous experience reporting directly to a founder or CEO
