Job Purpose
The purpose of the Oracle CPQ - Associate Director role is to lead and oversee the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions to drive efficiency and improve sales operations. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience at a senior management level, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Oracle CPQ team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize CPQ processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CPQ technology.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Oversee the project budget and ensure adherence to timeline and scope.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle CPQ, providing recommendations and insights to the senior management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ implementation and configuration.
- Extensive experience in managing and leading Oracle CPQ implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
