Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Pune City. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, supervising financial reporting, and enhancing the company’s financial health. The CFO will also provide strategic recommendations to the executive team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Advanced Analytical Skills for informed decision-making
- Proven experience in strategic financial management and leadership
- Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
