Job Description
- Lead the analysis and enhancement of configure price quote CPQ processes within the OrdertoCash OTC cycle.
- Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather CPQ requirements and insights. Utilize SAP CPQ functionalities to streamline product configuration pricing strategies discounting and approval workflows.
- Support integration of SAP CPQ with OTC processes to improve quoting accuracy and order processing efficiency.
- Recommend and implement CPQ process improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with SAP S4HANA teams to ensure CPQ process alignment with overall OTC workflows Assist in configuring SAP CPQ features to meet business needs and optimize the quote to order cycle.
- Monitor CPQ related KPIs to identify bottlenecks and areas for continuous improvement.
