Role DescriptionThis is a remote role for Founder’s Office – Operations & Systems at Phaze AI.
You will work directly with the founder as a “second brain,” helping turn ideas into structured systems and ensuring execution happens smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Turning ideas into clear tasks, workflows, and systems
- Managing Notion, documentation, and internal operations
- Handling and qualifying incoming leads
- Coordinating with developers and interns
- Bringing structure to chaotic tasks and improving daily execution
What You’ll Do- Build and improve internal systems (Notion, workflows, ops)
- Take ownership and execute tasks end-to-end
- Break down messy problems into clear action steps
- Communicate with the team and keep everything aligned
- Identify inefficiencies and fix them proactively
- Use AI tools to move faster (bonus, not required)
Who This Is For- Someone who enjoys organizing chaos and building systems
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience in operations / management
- Strong execution mindset (you get things done)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Clear communicator (clarity > fancy English)
- Curious, proactive, and fast learner
