We're selecting up to 5 fractional CROs and senior sales leaders across the US & EU to join as Founding GTM Advisors for Assay - the commercial truth platform for B2B revenue teams deploying AI.
This is not a full-time role. It's a paid advisory and revenue-share partnership designed for operators who are already advising mid-market B2B companies on sales strategy, AI adoption, or GTM execution.
The short version
Every B2B company shipping AI SDRs, AI proposal tools, or AI-generated outbound is sitting on a ticking compliance and accuracy problem. Their AI agents are making claims that are stale, inconsistent, or flat-out wrong - and with the EU AI Act enforcing on August 2, 2026, the window to fix this is closing fast.
Assay is the infrastructure layer that solves this. We maintain a structured, versioned, compliance-enforced knowledge graph of everything a company can truthfully say about its product, pricing, positioning, and proof. Every AI agent, every sales rep, every piece of collateral pulls from the same verified source.
We've built the product. Now we need the right advisors to help us reach the companies that need it most - and we think that's the clients you're already working with.
What we're looking for
- You're currently operating as a fractional CRO, interim VP Sales, or senior revenue advisor to B2B SaaS companies in Europe
- You have active client relationships with companies in the €10M–€100M ARR range, ideally in regulated verticals (fintech, healthtech, cybersecurity, govtech, or enterprise SaaS)
- Your clients are deploying or evaluating AI across their sales stack - AI SDRs, AI writing tools, automated outbound, conversational AI
- You have a track record of influencing tooling and infrastructure decisions at the companies you advise
- You understand the difference between recommending a point solution and recommending foundational infrastructure
What this looks like in practice
This isn't a "refer people and hope for the best" affiliate program. We're building a small, tight advisory group that gets:
- 20–25% of Year 1 ACV with follow on for ever year on every client engagement you source or co-sell - at our Growth tier ($30K), that's $15K+ per closed deal
- Direct input into product and positioning - your client conversations shape what we build next
- Early equity consideration for advisors who demonstrate outsized impact in the first 6 months
- Co-branded collateral - we'll build compliance audit materials and sales tools you can use with your own clients, making you more valuable to them
What you'd actually do
Identify and introduce - flag which of your current or recent clients would benefit from an AI claims audit or compliance review. We handle the rest.
Co-sell where it makes sense - for your highest-trust relationships, join the initial conversation with us. Your credibility closes deals we couldn't close alone.
Advise on positioning - tell us how CROs actually think about this problem, what language resonates, what objections come up. Monthly advisory calls, async when it suits you.
Stress-test our approach - push back on what doesn't work. We'd rather hear hard truths from advisors than learn them from lost deals.

We're a lean, early-stage team. We don't have a 20-person sales org and we're not pretending we do. What we do have is a product that solves a real, urgent, quantifiable problem — and we believe the fastest way to prove that is through people who are already trusted by the buyers we need to reach.
