Role Description The GTM Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and execution for Axe AI’s products. This role includes collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target segments. The GTM Specialist will plan and run launches, create sales enablement materials, and support demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day work involves market research, competitive analysis, pipeline support, and performance tracking to optimize GTM initiatives. The role also requires close engagement with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, refine narratives, and ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
Qualifications
- Go-to-market, product marketing, and positioning skills, including experience defining value propositions and launch strategies for B2B or SaaS products.
- Market research and competitive analysis skills to identify customer needs, segment opportunities, and inform data-driven GTM decisions.
- Sales enablement and revenue operations skills, such as building playbooks, collateral, and tools that support sales teams and partner channels.
- Demand generation and digital marketing skills, including familiarity with campaigns, funnels, and performance metrics across key channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Comfort working with AI, data, or financial technology products; familiarity with capital markets, digital assets, or trading workflows is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Analytical mindset, proficiency with productivity and analytics tools, and a structured approach to testing, measuring, and iterating GTM initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and adapt quickly to evolving priorities and market conditions.
