We’re partnering with a leading multinational news media company looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join their London team ASAP.
This role is ideal for someone with around 2+ years’ experience in operations, admin, or business support who’s looking to step into a fast-paced, global environment.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day business operations across teams
- Processing invoices, expenses, and supporting vendor coordination
- Assisting with onboarding for new starters and freelancers
- Working with internal teams like Finance, HR, and Procurement
- Helping keep projects and operations organised and on track
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Around 2+ years’ experience in operations / admin / coordination
- Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Organised and proactive, with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
