About the Role
An innovative global technology and digital services organisation is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead operational strategy, financial oversight, and process transformation initiatives across large-scale product and engineering functions.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded operations leader with strong experience in business operations, financial management, process optimisation, workforce planning, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in improving operational performance, driving automation and efficiency initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business operations activities across product, engineering, and platform management functions
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Partner with Finance teams to oversee budgeting, portfolio management, forecasting, and investment analysis
- Develop KPI reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Analyse workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational performance metrics
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to improve operational processes
- Support roadmap planning and strategic operational initiatives
- Deliver high-quality reporting, presentations, and executive-level business insights
- Lead and mentor operational teams while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery across complex business environments
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Operations Management, or Transformation roles
- Strong background in financial management, operational analysis, and business process improvement
- Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Ability to drive change and improve organisational efficiency within fast-paced environments
