The Opportunity
Planview is investing in AI-powered GTM intelligence, and this role sits at the centre of that transformation. As a GTM Strategy Lead, you will help equip Sales, Marketing, and business development teams with the account insights, buying signals, and competitive intelligence they need to move faster and win more.
This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role on a team building the next generation of revenue enablement. You will work at the intersection of data, AI tools, and field-facing programs, directly contributing to pipeline growth, rep productivity, and quota attainment across the GTM organization.
You will grow quickly here. Supported by experienced GTM leaders, you will develop deep expertise in revenue analytics, AI-assisted research, and enterprise sales intelligence while contributing to programs that scale across the organization.
What You'll Do
Knowledge & Application: Applies advanced knowledge of GTM strategy, revenue analytics, and business intelligence to drive data-backed decision-making and strategic insights
Job Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on complex GTM challenges, including performance optimization, customer lifecycle analysis, and forecasting frameworks
Collaboration & Impact: Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to drive GTM alignment and revenue impact.
Supervision & Autonomy: Operates with high ownership, leading initiatives independently and influencing stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, revenue analytics, or a related GTM function.
- Advanced Data & Analytics Proficiency with Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Python to drive insights and decision-making.
- Strategic Storytelling & Communication with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and guide business strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with proven experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to align GTM initiatives and drive execution.
- Practical understanding and application of AI/LLMs to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and enable data-driven automation.
- Deep Understanding of GTM Metrics: Strong grasp of key performance metrics, including CVR, ACV, ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn rate, pipeline velocity, win rates, and channel attribution to evaluate and optimize GTM performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
