What This Role Is About
We’re looking for a GTM Strategist who can bring structure, direction, and clarity to our go-to-market efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the spectrum from strategy and messaging to execution planning and team alignment. You won’t be doing everything yourself, but you will ensure everything moves in the right direction.
You’ll partner closely with an existing GTM team to connect the dots across initiatives, prioritize what matters, and build a cohesive growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve CloudNuro’s overall GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, and market approach
- Bring clarity to who we target, how we communicate, and how we differentiate in the SaaS & cloud management space
- Guide and align ongoing GTM activities, ensuring consistency across campaigns, content, and channels
- Plan and structure growth initiatives, campaigns, and experiments that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Work on and refine content narratives and supporting assets (sales collateral, thought leadership pieces, marketing materials)
- Continuously evaluate performance and optimize GTM efforts based on data, insights, and market feedback
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market messaging
- Act as a strategic layer for the GTM team, helping prioritize, streamline, and scale efforts effectively
What We’re Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in GTM, Growth, Product Marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and/or Cloud ecosystem
- Experience working in early-stage or scaling environments
- Ability to think strategically while staying close to execution
- Strong skills in messaging, storytelling, and positioning
- Comfort working across multiple functions and driving alignment
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity
Bonus Points If You:
- Have exposure to SaaS Management, FinOps, ITSM, or Cloud Governance tools
- Understand buyer personas like CIOs, IT leaders, and Finance teams
- Have helped build or scale a category or new product narrative
