Job Summary
The Junior PMO supports project management activities by assisting in planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination of projects. This role ensures that project documentation, timelines, and processes are maintained efficiently while working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
- Track project progress and update status reports regularly
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Support risk and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution
- Help maintain project governance standards and compliance
- Assist in resource allocation and utilization tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare dashboards/reports
- Support PMO in process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Certification (or pursuing) like CAPM or PMP is a plus
