Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Business Operations Executive. The role involves managing executive administrative tasks, facilitating general administration, and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing communications, maintaining records, and providing overall support to executives. The role requires strong organizational capacity, interpersonal communication, and the ability to handle multiple administrative functions effectively.

- Exemplary Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Knowledge and experience in Administrative Assistance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a client-office setting

- Familiarity with productivity tools and office software
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Entering and updating data accurately in Excel and internal systems
- Preparing basic reports and maintaining trackers on a regular basis
- Keeping records and documents well-organized and up to date
- Coordinating with internal teams and the client for data-related requirements
- Supporting routine admin tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Double-checking data for accuracy and highlighting any discrepancies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar data/admin role
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, basic reports, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic coordination and communication skills
- Someone who is organized, reliable, and able to manage routine tasks independently
