Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations to lead end-to-end execution across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Safety, and Accounts. Reporting into Commercial Excellence, this role is critical in translating strategy into disciplined execution on the ground — ensuring we deliver on our commitments to customers, our people, and the business.
This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, leads from the front, and delivers — especially when it’s tough.

What You’ll Own
Full business performance across:
- Revenue growth and customer retention
- Operational efficiency and service delivery
- Cost control and margin improvement
- Safety performance and compliance
- Financial discipline (billing, collections, cost control)
What You’ll Do
Drive Execution with Discipline
- Translate commercial strategy into clear operational action
- Build alignment across Sales, CSR, Operations, Safety, and Accounts
- Ensure ownership is clear and followed through
Lead Growth & Customer Outcomes
- Partner with Sales to deliver on revenue and customer commitments
- Stay close to key customers and resolve escalations
- Strengthen trust through consistent delivery
Run Strong, Efficient Operations
- Optimize productivity, fleet utilization, and cost efficiency
- Identify gaps, remove inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement
Champion Safety
- Lead a proactive, non-negotiable safety culture
- Ensure compliance across BC & Alberta operations
Own Financial Performance
- Drive billing accuracy, collections, and cost discipline
- Use data to make decisions and act quickly on gaps
Build and Develop Talent
- Coach leaders and build strong, accountable teams
- Be open to mentorship while actively mentoring others
- Create an environment of high expectations and support
What You Bring
- 10+ years of leadership experience in trucking, logistics, or field operations
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- A track record of driving performance and execution

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
