About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential, execution-focused generalist to work directly with the Cofounder & CEO.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, and wants hands-on exposure across strategy, operations, sales, and fundraising.
You will act as a central node across teams, bringing structure, speed, and accountability to execution while supporting key growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder’s Office & Strategic Execution
- Work closely with the CEO on high-priority business initiatives
- Drive execution of cross-functional projects across sales and operations
- Track key tasks, ensure follow-ups, and bring closure to ongoing initiatives
2. MIS, Data & Reporting
- Build and manage structured MIS dashboards (sales, operations, performance metrics)
- Standardize reporting systems for monthly reviews and investor updates
- Ensure data is accurate, timely, and readily available for decision-making
3. Sales & Business Development Support
- Analyze sales funnels, track leads, and identify conversion insights
- Support in building target customer profiles and outreach strategies
- Assist in partnerships and new business opportunities
4. Operations Coordination
- Work closely with operations to track production, delivery timelines, and bottlenecks
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational execution
- Support problem-solving for on-ground challenges
5. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct structured research on markets, competitors, pricing, and opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable inputs for business decisions
6. Process Improvement & AI Tools
- Identify repetitive/manual workflows across teams
- Research and implement AI tools and automation solutions to improve productivity
- Drive process improvements to reduce firefighting and improve efficiency
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, startups, analytics, or business roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
- Good understanding of financial concepts and business metrics
- Excellent communication and structured thinking skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity towards technology, materials, and physical products
