About the Role
We are expanding in the wellness space and are looking for a Business Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of our wellness operations as we continue to grow our scope of services.
This is a hands-on operational role suited for someone who is responsible, practical, and comfortable working across a broad range of daily operational needs. The role involves manpower coordination, floor coverage when required, vendor follow-up, facility coordination, process improvement, and general operational support.
This is not a supervisory role. The focus is on operational ownership, problem-solving, coordination, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Manpower and Coverage Coordination
- Coordinate manpower coverage for daily operations
- Assist in arranging cover when team members are on leave or unavailable
- Step in to support floor operations when there are manpower gaps

- Escalate staffing or performance-related matters where necessary
Vendor and Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
- Liaise with cleaning teams, maintenance providers, equipment servicing teams, payment system providers, building management, and repair vendors

Administrative and Marketing Coordination
- Support hiring coordination, onboarding arrangements, rostering administration, and HR-related follow-up
- Assist with influencer outreach, content scheduling, partnership follow-ups, and other marketing coordination tasks
- Ensure assigned coordination tasks are tracked and followed through
Working Style
- This role requires someone who is comfortable in a small, fast-moving operational environment.
- The ideal candidate should be able to identify issues, take responsibility for resolving them, communicate clearly with the relevant parties, and follow through until completion. The role is broad and may vary from day to day, so flexibility and good judgment are important.
- The successful candidate will be expected to make practical day-to-day decisions, escalate matters appropriately when input is required, and ensure that operational issues do not fall through the cracks.
Requirements
- Based in Singapore and able to work on-site daily
- Comfortable with hands-on operational work and occasional floor coverage
- Able to work flexible hours when operational coverage is required
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with staff, vendors, customers, and partners
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as messaging apps, spreadsheets, and rostering platforms
- Prior experience in operations, hospitality, wellness, retail, F&B, facilities coordination, or customer-facing environments is preferred but not essential
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and follow-through
Suitable Candidate Profile
This role is suitable for someone who:
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Takes ownership of problems and follows through until they are resolved
- Is comfortable with a broad and varied scope of work
- Can remain calm and practical when priorities change
- Takes pride in ensuring that operations run smoothly
- Is willing to support the team on the ground when needed
- Does not require a highly fixed or narrow job scope
This role may not be suitable for someone seeking an immediate people-management position or a purely desk-based administrative role.
Growth Path
This role begins as a hands-on operational support role.
Over time, there may be an opportunity to progress into a broader operations leadership position such as Manager, depending on demonstrated ownership, judgment, reliability, and follow-through.
