Our client is looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of RevOps to lead and evolve their revenue operations function. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data, driving alignment, visibility, and performance across the entire funnel.
📍 Location
- Hybrid: 2x per week onsite in Bolingbrook, IL
🔧 What You’ll Own
- Define and lead the overall RevOps strategy, aligning marketing, sales, and data to drive revenue growth
- Optimize and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, ensuring scalable, efficient processes
- Oversee data architecture, analytics, and reporting, turning insights into actionable business decisions
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, LLMs)
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to improve funnel performance and forecasting accuracy
- Build, mentor, and lead a growing RevOps team (managing 2+ direct reports)
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, with a strong strategic lens
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub)
- Strong foundation in data, analytics, reporting, and system optimization
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to drive automation, efficiency, and insights
- Leadership experience with at least 1 direct report (this role manages 2+)
