ASX-Listed Technology Company
We are partnering with an emerging ASX-listed technology business entering an exciting phase of growth and development. This organisation combines the agility of a smaller business with the governance and expectations of a listed environment. As such, they require an experienced Interim CFO who is comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, bringing structure, insight, and leadership as the business continues to scale.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you will take ownership of the Finance function, ensuring strong financial stewardship while supporting the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, compliance, and governance for an ASX-listed entity
- Partner with the CEO and Board on performance, planning, and strategic direction
- Enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Support investor relations and market communication requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a lean finance team
Profile
- Proven CFO / Group Financial Controller experience within an ASX-listed environment (essential)
- Ideally experience in technology, SaaS, or growth-oriented businesses
- Comfortable operating in a smaller, evolving organisation where a hands-on approach is required
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance detail and strategy
- Available to commence at short notice
