New Line Construction LTD are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organisation’s financial planning, management, and reporting. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organisation’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimise organisational performance.
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities, risk management, and capital structure.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to inform decision-making processes based on comprehensive financial insights.
- Establish robust internal controls to safeguard organisational assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors to support organisational growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management roles within finance or related sectors, with a strong track record of leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Solid background in financial accounting practices and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working within financial services or similar industries is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organisational success.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CFA are preferred but not essential.
