Job Title: Operations Lead
Timings: 3PM to 1AM IST
Experience Level: 7+ years
Role Overview:
The Operations Associate will support the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects by managing resources, tracking financials, cost efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role involves maintaining operational discipline, assisting in cost tracking, reporting, and pipeline Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Tracking, Reporting & Pipeline Analysis
- Monitor and maintain comprehensive project cost reports, including analysis of projected costs versus actuals
- Support cost analysis and assist in identifying variances and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate cost reconciliation and validation
- Analyze project and business pipelines to assess revenue forecasts, resource allocation, and potential risks
- Track pipeline performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial targets and supporting data-driven decision-making
- Assist in periodic financial reviews and operational audits.
2. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial reports for management review highlighting current status and risks
- Support forecast and actual reporting of project performance metrics.
- Participate in cadence meetings with leadership teams and highlight key updates.
- Escalate operational issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and smooth functioning.
3. Efficiency & Performance Improvement
- Drive operational efficiency through continuous monitoring and planning.
- Develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking and proactive planning.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Working Hours:
- This role is expected to overlap significantly with the US timezone
- Expected working hours are 3pm to 1am India time
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field. (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in service line operations
- Experience in IT enabled services, or IT services industry preferred.
