This role goes beyond traditional BizOps — you will own the entire value chain from sourcing → production → fulfilment → customer experience, ensuring operational excellence at scale. You will act as the central operator driving efficiency, reliability, and scalability across brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sourcing & Procurement Own vendor identification, onboarding, and negotiations Drive cost efficiencies and ensure quality + reliability of supply Build a scalable supplier network across categories
2. Production & Manufacturing Oversee production planning and timelines Ensure on-time manufacturing with quality control Coordinate with vendors to manage capacity and lead times
3. Supply Chain Management Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain flows Reduce lead times, improve fill rates, and minimize stockouts Build resilient and scalable supply chain systems
4. Inventory & Planning Own demand forecasting and inventory planning Optimize working capital and inventory turns Ensure right stock allocation across channels (D2C + marketplaces)
5. Warehousing & Distribution Manage warehouse operations and partners Optimize storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes Drive efficient distribution across regions and channels
6. Fulfilment (FM, MM, LM) Oversee full-stack fulfilment: First Mile (FM) – inbound logistics Mid Mile (MM) – warehousing movement Last Mile (LM) – delivery & logistics partners Optimize cost, speed, and delivery success rates
7. Customer Experience (CX) Own post-purchase experience (delivery, returns, support) Improve NPS, delivery SLAs, and resolution timelines Build seamless CX across D2C and marketplaces
8. Operational Excellence (Horizontal) Drive cross-brand standardization of processes Build SOPs, dashboards, and operating cadences Identify and solve bottlenecks across the value chain Continuously improve cost, speed, and reliability metrics
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
8–15+ years experience in operations / supply chain roles
Strong experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Hands-on exposure across:
Procurement & manufacturing
Inventory planning
Warehousing & logistics
Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
