About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to work closely with the leadership in driving strategic, operational, and client-facing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of a marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Founder on business strategy, growth plans, and expansion initiatives and support decision-making through research, analysis, and insights.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and improve internal processes, workflows, and project tracking.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and client commitments.
- Identify bottlenecks in delivery and implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor team bandwidth, utilization, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with finance team on invoicing, collections, and cash flow tracking.
- Act as a central point of coordination across teams.
- Work with leadership to identify hiring needs based on business goals.
- Coordinate with finance team for all the accounting related tasks.
- Track key priorities, goals, and action items across departments.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or agency environment.
- Relevant experience in agency, media is a must.
- High ownership mindset with ability to execute independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
