Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to achieve project goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10-13 years of project management experience in a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
