Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to serve as a key member of our
leadership team and drive operational and relationship excellence as we scale our
business. This is a multifaceted leadership position where you'll oversee aspects of day-today operations while playing a critical role in shaping our strategic direction and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Scope
Direct management of Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, and Accounting functions.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
Business operations and strategic planning
Sales and business development
Client success and relationship management
Financial management and accounting oversight
Team leadership and organizational development
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $170,000 annually
Target Total Compensation: $235,000 annually (Base + MBO bonus at 100% achievement)
Maximum Total Compensation: $250,000 annually (Base + MBO bonus + performance
accelerators)
MBO Structure:
Quarterly objectives aligned with company priorities
Target bonus: $65,000 annually ($16,250 per quarter)
Performance accelerators up to $15,000 annually for exceeding stretch goals
Payment within 30 days of quarter end

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience
At least 5 years in senior operational roles
Proven track record scaling B2B software/SaaS companies
Experience managing sales, client success, and finance functions
Strong financial acumen and P&L management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fintech, banking technology, or financial services software
Background with regulated industries and compliance
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Track record in banking software platforms or payment systems

Strategic thinker with strong execution abilities
Hands-on operational leader who drives operational improvement
Excellent communicator and team builder
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization
