Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of People Operations to lead enterprise-wide workforce performance, productivity, and operational excellence. This role combines People Operations Leadership, AI-driven workforce optimization, and Executive support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, PMO, Tech, Hiring)
- Define KPIs/OKRs and track performance across teams
- Implement AI-powered workforce analytics and dashboards
- Drive process excellence and automation initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle
- Maintain P&L visibility and support business decisions
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO
Must-Have Requirements
- MBA from a recognized institution
- 15+ years in People Operations or Operational Leadership
- Experience in IT Consulting / Staffing
- Strong team management and productivity improvement track record
- Experience with AI tools or automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US–India business operations
- Exposure to AI tools like Power BI, Tableau, RPA tools
- Experience leading transformation initiatives
- High-discipline background (military/paramilitary preferred)
