Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Audit daily operations to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
2. Build, maintain, and analyse performance dashboards and reports
3. Work with sales teams to implement changes and track impact
4. Identify funnel gaps and recommend solutions
5. Ensure data accuracy across all reporting and analysis
6. Take ownership and drive tasks to timely completion
7. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders with clear communication
8. Track team performance, flag gaps, and highlight underachievement
9. Solve operational and performance-related problems
Required Skills:
