6/8+ years of experience in Application Packaging and Software Deployment
- Package applications using AdminStudio and InstallShield (MSI, MST, EXE conversions), MacOS packaging using JAMF (.dmg, .pkg), Composer/Batch/AutoPKG or any scripting (Must)
- Develop and maintain deployment scripts using ADTK (Application Deployment Toolkit)
- Perform application repackaging, upgrades, and transformations
- Perform functional, QA testing of packaged apps, should have more exposure on Quality checks, managing packaging team and complete understanding of packaging process
- Deploy applications using Microsoft SCCM, JAMF deployment and Intune
- Analyze installation logs and resolve packaging/deployment issues
- Use PowerShell / VBScript for automation and customization
- Maintain packaging documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
- ITIL knowledge such as ServiceNow or any other ticketing tool
- Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), MacOS, Software lifecycle management
- Knowledge of PatchMyPC or third-party patching tools
- Understanding of security and vulnerability remediation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
