We are partnering with a dynamic, growth-oriented organization to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This individual will lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, oversee complex multi-entity operations, and drive performance across a diversified portfolio of business lines.
This is a highly strategic role, going beyond traditional finance leadership, with direct influence on capital allocation, investment strategy, and long-term scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, partnering with executive leadership on growth, profitability, and risk management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI reporting across multiple business lines and entities
- Manage multi-entity financial operations, including consolidations, intercompany accounting, and reporting standardization
- Direct capital allocation, cash flow management, and banking/credit relationships to optimize liquidity and returns
- Support investment activity, including M&A, underwriting, and performance analysis across portfolio assets
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance across all entities
