Position Overview
We are seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Loan Intake & Deal Coordinator to manage incoming deal flow from originators.
This role is ideal for someone with prior mortgage or financial experience who understands how to review loan files, communicate with lenders, and move deals forward quickly.
This is not a passive admin role — speed, follow-up, and execution are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly during business hours
- Review loan applications for completeness and basic viability
- Organize and prepare files for lender submission
- Submit deals to appropriate lending partners
- Follow up consistently with lenders and originators
- Track deal progress from intake through approval
Compensation
- $250 per activated deal (complete file submitted to lender)
- $1,000 per closed deal
- After 90 days of strong performance:
- $200/week base + performance bonuses

- Prior experience in:
- Mortgage processing, underwriting, or lending operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files at once
- Comfortable working remotely
- Based in the Atlanta, GA area
