Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

Job Summary
The Business Systems Support Specialist supports daily business system operations across ERP, EDI, and integration platforms, including NetSuite, TrueCommerce, and Celigo. This role is responsible for managing support tickets, maintaining system data, assisting with EDI onboarding and testing, and supporting cross-functional users. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with foundational experience in ERP and EDI environments and a strong interest in growing within business systems and integrations.
Essential Functions (included But Not Limited To)
Business Systems Support
- Monitor, triage, and resolve Business Systems support tickets.
- Assist users with routine NetSuite questions, data updates, and basic issue resolutions.
- Communicate ticket updates clearly and professionally to internal users.
- Follow documented processes for system updates, testing, validation, and approvals.
- Escalate complex system, integration, or process issues when needed.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements, training, or documentation updates.
NetSuite ERP & Data Maintenance
- Perform routine NetSuite data updates and record maintenance.
- Support new SKU/item setup, item changes, and import preparation.
- Maintain item, customer, vendor, and transaction-related data.
- Prepare, review, and validate data files for system imports.
- Ensure data accuracy before and after updates are completed.
- Assist with troubleshooting ERP-related issues tied to records, transactions, and system data.
- Support data governance and consistency across business systems.
EDI, Celigo & Integration Support
- Review basic EDI mapping requirements and validate EDI data against NetSuite.
- Assist with onboarding new trading partners and maintaining documentation for requirements, testing, and issue resolution.
- Monitor Celigo integration errors and assist with documentation and resolution tracking.
- Support testing and validation of integration changes.
- Escalate technical or mapping-related issues to appropriate resources.
Excel, Reporting & Documentation
- Use Excel to clean, organize, validate, and compare data sets.
- Utilize formulas, pivot tables, lookups, sorting, and filtering functions.
- Compare data across NetSuite, EDI documents, and integration logs.
- Support reporting, data validation, and audit requests.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, recurring issues, and system procedures.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required
Preferred Education/Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Experience with Celigo or similar integration platforms.
