XDS is seeking a
Sales Operations Manager to join us on this ground-floor opportunity to establish XDS in the North American market. You'll be helping to build out our dealer support program in our first year, supporting the X-LAB relationship with independent bike shops and regional chains. This role requires a hands-on approach to building relationships and proving our value proposition. This role will be responsible for daily activities, supporting territory representatives,, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop processes and programs to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and manage processes to improve communication, effectiveness, and ensure process alignment
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and dashboards; provide regular feedback and performance reviews
- Partner with Territory Reps and After Sales teams to align on customer engagement strategies
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new team members
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, leveraging tools and insights to optimize efficiency
- Serve as a key point of contact for escalations and complex customer interactions
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales ops or leadership role
- B2B sales operations experience (SaaS, AdTech, InsureTech, MaaS, etc)
- Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams
- Proven individual and team performance
- Demonstrated ability leveraging CRM tools and reporting systems
- Familiarity with inside sales operations, purchasing workflows, and customer lifecycle management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and talent development
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- Solid understanding of the bicycle industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations
- Methodology fluency: You have real experience with consultative or diagnostic sales approaches and can teach them
- Knowledge of programmatic ad buying, lead distribution, or digital marketing
