Job Summary
Your Career
This is a strategic business operations role focused on execution, compliance, governance, business process excellence, and delivering transformation outcomes across Renewals and Ecosystems.
The Business Operations Manager role focused on driving business operational excellence for our renewal and ecosystems. Provide oversight on compliance, governance, driving business processes and deliver transformation outcomes across Renewals and Ecosystems. Managed the shared services/third party outsourced team to deliver the business outcome, i.e. quotes desk and channel business centre.
The role serves as the execution partner and drives regional business rhythm for renewal and ecosystems, while still partnering closely with Strategy, Finance, Sales Ops, Renewals, Ecosystem leaders and business units.
This role is intentionally focused on the three pillars of strategy translation, executive governance, and strategic SWAT programs.
Your Impact

Drive Operational Excellence to support business success.

Maintain the strategic initiatives roadmap, risks, and mitigation plans. Own Risk & mitigation trackers.

Own the end-to-end business rhythm for across Renewals and Ecosystems.

Participate in weekly leadership reviews, forecast calls, renewals risk reviews, and QBRs

Lead transformation PMO governance and HQ sync cadences.

Coordinate ecosystem governance councils and leadership reviews.

Drive follow-through on actions, escalations, and cross-functional dependencies.

Ensure leadership forums translate into measurable execution outcomes.

Maintain governance discipline across strategic priorities.

Build and scale the renewals centralization and shared services hubs and migration plan.

Sponsor AI and automation pilots to improve scale and productivity.

Lead ecosystem launch and operating model buildout programs.

Build governance structures, milestones, and executive reporting for each workstream
Qualifications
-
12+ years of experience in SaaS/Software GTM Operations, Business Shared Services and Business Partnering with key functional leaders to drive scalable operational excellence.

Proven ability to manage regional shared services models and lead in a complex JAPAC matrix environment.

Deep understanding of Renewals, Channel/Ecosystem dynamics, Sales and Business Operations.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale centralization, process automation, or business transformation programs.

Experience partnering with and influencing Senior leaders across different functions to drive change.
