Assistant Manager – Aevi Spa Salon Boutique (Winnipeg)
Aevi Spa Salon Boutique is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily operations across our boutique, spa, and salon.
We’re looking for someone who is fashion-forward, organized, and confident in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and support day-to-day operations
Deliver an elevated customer experience
Handle customer concerns professionally
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Manage scheduling and front desk duties
Assist with social media and marketing (IG, FB, Shopify)
Qualifications:
Strong retail and customer service experience
Previous supervisory experience
Energetic, personable, and detail-oriented
Ability to lead and enforce policies
Social media/Shopify experience is an asset
Details:
30–35 hours per week
Evenings and Saturdays required
