We have partnered with a leading Ophthalmology group/Eye care Service Management organisation who are rapidly expanding to find a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- Based in the USA - Hybrid position – some periodic travel
- 8+ years background in revenue cycle management and leading teams
- Strong background in Ophthalmology or Optometry preferred
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the full financial revenue cycle responsibilities across 40+ clinics
- Managing the RCM manager and a team off offshore individuals
- Implement and support the revenue strategy, optimising performance and engagement
