Company Description
We’re Checkout.com – you might not know our name, but companies like eBay, ASOS, Klarna, Uber Eats, and Sony do. That moment when you check out online? We make it happen.
Checkout.com is where the world checks out. Our global network powers billions of transactions every year, making money move without making a fuss. We spent years perfecting a service most people will never notice. Because when digital payments just work, businesses grow, customers stay, and no one stops to think about why.
With 19 offices spanning six continents, we feel at home everywhere – but London is our HQ. Wherever our people work their magic, they’re fast-moving, performance-obsessed, and driven by being better every day. Ideal. Because a role here isn’t just another job; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech.
What The Job Involves
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented
Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Central RevOps team.
This is a role for a builder who thrives at the
intersection of systems and operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our tools aren’t just functional, but are actively accelerating our revenue teams. This isn’t a "maintenance" role—it’s an opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience to own the operational engine, turn project goals into reality, and use data to drive immediate action.
What You Will Be Doing
- Operational Excellence & Evolution: You won’t just manage a tech stack; you will evolve how we work. You’ll audit the end-to-end buyer journey to design and implement lean, scalable workflows that allow our sales teams to spend less time on admin and more time winning deals.
- GTM Stack Architecture: Act as the architect for our GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, Clari). You will ensure these systems are integrated seamlessly, creating a friction-free environment where data flows smoothly across the entire revenue lifecycle.
- Actionable Project Insights: Rather than high-level analytics, you will focus on "Operational Intelligence." You’ll collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to extract specific insights that drive immediate project decisions—identifying gaps in the sales process and proposing the "fix" before the problem scales.
- Data Integrity & Flow: You are the primary defender of our data flow. Rather than just cleaning data, you will build the guardrails and governance rules that prevent friction, ensuring our lead routing and attribution are working perfectly. #NoRoomforApproximation
- Programmatic Delivery: You will lead specific RevOps initiatives from concept to completion. You’ll define project scopes, set clear milestones, and drive deliverables, ensuring the team stays on track and we ship operational improvements on time.
- AI Implementation: Assist in the rollout of AI-powered workflows. You’ll help test and deploy AI prompts and automations that reduce rep admin time and improve prospecting efficiency.
About You
- The "Builder" Profile: You have 2–3 years of experience in a high-growth environment. We are open to your background—whether you come from Revenue Ops, Business Ops, Finance, or a technical Project Management role, you are someone who loves building systems that work.
- CRM Mindset: You are proficient in CRM logic (Salesforce or similar) and have a "systems-thinking" approach. You don't just use tools; you understand how they connect to drive business outcomes.
- Automation Enthusiast: You hate manual, repetitive tasks. You have experience (or a massive appetite to learn) tools like Clari and Apollo to automate the "boring stuff."
- Action-Oriented Analyst: You are an Excel/Google Sheets wizard who uses data to find the "why" behind a process bottleneck (SQL is a plus). You don’t just present data; you suggest the next move and build the logic to make it happen.
- Project Owner: You have a "get it done" attitude. You can take a vague operational request and turn it into a functional project plan with clear deadlines. #BeTheOwner
- Collaborative Communicator: You enjoy being the bridge between technical system changes and the people using them. You can explain a workflow update to a salesperson just as easily as you can discuss a logic flow with a developer.
