Title: Head of Revenue Operations
Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 base (+ bonus / equity)
Location: London (hybrid, flexible)
The Opportunity
We’re partnered with a high-growth SaaS business that is building out its commercial infrastructure. With strong growth and increasing GTM complexity, they are now hiring a senior Revenue Operations leader to define and scale the function.
This role will work closely with the CRO and leadership team to build a scalable, data-driven revenue engine.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and evolving RevOps strategy across the business
- Partnering with the CRO on forecasting, planning and GTM execution
- Building scalable processes across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
- Driving exec-level reporting, insights and performance visibility
- Reviewing and optimising systems, tooling and data architecture
- Potential to build and lead a RevOps team
What they’re looking for
- Experience in a RevOps / GTM Ops role within B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of pipeline, forecasting and revenue performance
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing and CS
- Able to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Desirable background
- Experience in a scaling SaaS environment (Series A–C+)
- Previously partnered closely with CRO / VP Sales leadership
- Exposure to GTM planning (territory, capacity, coverage)
- Experience building or leading a RevOps function or team
- Background in fintech, data or product-led environments
