Recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Southeast Florida
Looking for a strategic, hands-on CFO to join our fast-growing B2B professional services company as a key partner to the CEO. Headquartered in Southeast Florida, we specialize in customer acquisition and brand growth for Fortune 500 companies while helping small and mid-sized businesses scale.
About the Role
As CFO, you will lead all aspects of financial strategy and operations while also providing strategic oversight of the People & Culture (HR) function. You’ll be a true business partner who drives scalable growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own financial leadership including FP&A, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, budgeting, treasury, and reporting.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
- Lead systems/process improvements, ERP/IT integration, and internal controls.
- Oversee Accounting, Finance, Project Management, and People & Culture teams.
- Play a central role in building high-performance teams and fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
- Support future strategic transactions (M&A readiness, due diligence, etc.).
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as CFO (or equivalent) in a $50M+ organization with complexity.
- Strong “hands-on” technical skills combined with strategic vision and business acumen.
- Experience in B2B services, marketing/communications, advertising, or professional services is a strong plus.
- Track record as a change agent who improves profitability, implements best practices, and builds high-performing teams.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
