Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Operation Specialist to join EnerVenue, a leader in the energy storage industry. This role will support our sales team’s efficiency, optimize sales processes tailored to energy storage solutions, and drive data-backed decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations workflows, analyzing sales data specific to energy storage projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and resources needed to meet and exceed performance targets in the dynamic energy storage sector. This role is critical in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution, contributing directly to the growth and scalability of EnerVenue’s sales organization in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sales operations processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline monitoring, and contract/order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze sales data (e.g., sales performance, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, team productivity) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; generate regular reports and dashboards for sales leadership and team members.
- Manage and maintain sales tools and systems (e.g., CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot) – including data entry, record maintenance, system configuration, and user training – to ensure data integrity and optimal tool utilization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align processes, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and support integrated sales initiatives (e.g., product launches, promotional campaigns).
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to standardize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve sales team performance.
- Support sales forecasting activities by compiling and validating data, working with sales managers to ensure accurate projections, and tracking forecast accuracy over time.
- Coordinate sales training and onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes to succeed.
- Handle ad-hoc sales operations tasks, including special projects, data audits, and process improvements, as assigned by the sales leadership team.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, flagging issues or opportunities to sales leadership and providing actionable insights to drive performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role; experience in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power sector is highly preferred, with B2B sales environment experience being a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) – experience with system configuration, data management, and report building is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret sales data; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis) is required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, present data clearly, and support sales team members.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales forecasting tools or advanced CRM features (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot Reports).
- Knowledge of sales process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power industry, with familiarity of energy storage products, market dynamics, and project-based sales cycles.
- Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Sales Software Certification) are a plus.
