About the Role
Fast Accounting is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our growing team. This internship is ideal for individuals who are interested in business operations, sales support, client coordination, and process improvement within a fast-paced business environment.
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to support daily operations, manage client coordination, maintain records, and assist in improving workflow efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including preparing quotations, proposals, invoices, and client documentation.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update client records, leads, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities within the company’s CRM system and internal databases.
Client Communication
Support client communications by coordinating meetings, responding to enquiries, and following up with clients professionally and promptly.
Operational & Process Support
Assist in streamlining sales processes, organising documents, and improving workflow efficiency to support business operations.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare basic sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist management with data entry and operational reporting.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support ongoing projects and business initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree students/graduates in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or related fields
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and administrative tasks
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of sales operations or business processes is a bonus
- Prior internship or administrative experience is beneficial but not required
