Are you the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? At TTC Tour Brands, we're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our Asia sales team, someone who loves bringing order to complexity and takes pride in getting the details right.
This is a hands-on, varied role within a global travel business, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, Asia. If you thrive on variety from Salesforce data management to event logistics to partner engagement, this could be your next move.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping Salesforce, Tropics, and CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date the foundation everything else runs on
- Coordinating logistics for trade shows, FAM trips, product launches, and regional seminars from start to finish
- Supporting partner agency onboarding, credentialing, and engagement through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Tracking sales incentives, commissions, and partner agreements so the sales team can focus on selling
- Delivering post-event ROI reports, wrap-up decks, and process improvements that drive real commercial outcomes
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a sales support, administrative, or event coordination role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools is a bonus
- A background in travel, hospitality, or tourism is highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- A collaborative, can-do attitude
