The Chief Revenue Officer owns revenue - full stop. This is not a traditional development director role, and it is not a title upgrade on fundraising. This non-profit CRO is responsible for building, leading, and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that integrates every dollar, generating philanthropy, corporate partnerships, programs, earned income, grants, events, and membership. The CRO brings these streams together into one coherent, sustainable plan and is accountable for hitting it. This leader sits on the Senior Leadership Team, owns the revenue scorecard in our EOS operating system, and serves as the organization's chief external face for funding relationships. They bring Be Joyful to every donor relationship, Be Willing to Work Through It when the pipeline is hard, and You Can Count on Me when the board needs answers on financial trajectory.
