Pease Bell, a fast-growing public accounting firm with 170+ professionals and offices in Cleveland, Fairlawn, Florida, and Lakewood, NJ, is seeking an experienced CFO to join our leadership team.
This strategic leadership role is ideal for a finance executive with strong experience in public accounting or professional services, including M&A activity, financial operations, forecasting, and scalable growth initiatives. The CFO will partner closely with firm leadership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, reporting, cash flow management, and acquisition integration efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience with M&A transactions, diligence, and integration
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, analytics, and operational leadership
- Proven ability to lead teams and support organizational growth
