We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our Sales Operations and Enablement functions.
You’ll play a key role in managing onboarding and system access, maintaining sales tools and collateral, and supporting reporting and day-to-day operational processes. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Talent and Operations teams, you’ll help ensure teams have the tools, data and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Job Overview
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of sales team members, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning of access to sales technologies
- Coordinate the setup and removal of user access across multiple sales platforms, maintaining consistency and accuracy of system permissions
- Deliver onboarding support to new starters, including communications, system access, and coordination of enablement sessions
- Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure effective adoption of tools, systems, and processes
- Maintain and manage sales distribution lists to support internal communications
- Monitor sales operations reports and dashboards, engaging with sales teams to track deal progress, request purchase orders, and ensure CRM data is accurate and complete
- Maintain data integrity within CRM systems by proactively identifying and resolving data gaps
- Support the preparation and distribution of reporting on sales technology usage and performance
- Support the creation and processing of sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with Talent and Sales Enablement to assign and track training modules and learning journeys
- Provide general administrative support to Sales Operations, contributing to process improvement and efficiency
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
- Proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator, confident in working with cross-functional teams and engaging with sales stakeholders to gather updates and drive data accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable mindset
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing business needs
- Experience supporting administrative processes within a sales or commercial environment, including order processing or deal support
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and familiarity with sales enablement or sales technology platforms
- Comfortable working with data and reporting, with the ability to support the generation of usage and performance insights
- Experience coordinating onboarding processes, training activities, or system access management is advantageous
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes and operations
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a business-related discipline
