As we continue our international expansion, we are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to join our growth team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related work is done by the BDM'S and monitor the BDM'S progress
- Respond to Queries from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort all form of reports as required by the management
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Timely collection from the clients
- Contracts and agreements for the new clients to be done within a time frame
Prerequisites
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, IT or other field is the minimum requirement.
- Minimum 2+ years of previous experience in sales administration & coordination activities, account management or related field is required.
- Highly passionate to be a part a team that is aspiring to be ranked #1 globally.
- Excellent English communication both verbal & written.
- Analytical & creative.
- Goal/ target oriented, experience in Project Management & project coordination is an advantage.
- Self motivated & self directed.
- Proven team player.
