Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

The job
The Sales Operations Specialist for the APAC region plays a critical operational leadership role in driving sales efficiency, data integrity, and technological enablement across multiple markets. This position acts as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the regional sales tech stack, providing insights, reporting, and process optimization to support commercial decisions and revenue execution. The role combines hands-on technical management with strategic business partnerships, ensuring accurate ACV data, robust pipeline governance, alignment with global sales objectives, and data integrity/hygiene within Salesforce.
The ideal candidate would have 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related sales support function, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment, and possess deep proficiency in Salesforce administration coupled with an analytical mindset for optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
SalesTech Ownership and Enablement
- Act as a primary administrator of our Sales Tech stack, including CRM systems (Salesforce) sales engagement tools and sales automation platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues and lead implementation of improvements.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Own CRM data governance across the full revenue lifecycle.
- Ensure ACV data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
- Manage, integrate, and optimise the licensing record.
- CRM Data hygiene and confirming records are correctly populated with all required data and files.
- Ensuring lead allocations are correctly allocated, managed, and moved through the lead cycle.
- Support with account compliance matching for E2Open.
- Review record activity to maintain pipeline funnel.
Processes & Team Efficiency
- Support the design and documentation of cross-functional revenue workflows.
- Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work and increase sales efficiency and execution.
- Manage internal sales documentation like quotes, acceptance letters, and customer master data forms.
- Where required populate Docusign templates for signature to senior management.
Training, Enablement & Support
- Deliver documentation, training and ongoing support to drive strong CRM and sales tools for adoption.
- Support internal professional development and enablement initiatives.
- Assisting with any additional projects/tasks, etc. not limited to existing daily duties.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related sales support function, preferably in the SaaS industry and a solid understanding of subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Confident, driven, and dynamic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong team player with excellent planning skills.
- Proficient in numerical analysis.
- Possesses strong problem-solving and objection resolution capabilities.
- Presents oneself in a professional and engaging manner.
