INTERIM CFO / GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE – IMMEDIATE START
Available to start a new role within 1 – 2 weeks?
We are seeking an accomplished CFO or Head / General Manager Finance to step into a critical leadership role with one of Queensland's largest and most respected human services organisations.
This is not a traditional finance role, you will be a key commercial and strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, lead a large finance function encompassing Financial Accounting, Business Partnering, FP&A, Tax, Technical Accounting and Finance Operations.
Key role requirements include:
- Leading a complex, multi-disciplinary finance team
- Driving organisational performance through insightful reporting and commercial analysis
- Partnering with senior executives and operational leaders across a large service delivery environment
- Strengthening governance, controls and financial performance
- Leading a significant Finance Transformation Program including D365, EPM and Source-to-Pay implementation
- Supporting major strategic initiatives, investment decisions and organisational change.
We are specifically interested in leaders who bring:
- Previous CFO, Deputy CFO, GM Finance or Executive Finance leadership experience
- Aged Care, Community Services, Health, Disability or Human Services sector expertise
- Experience within large, complex, multi-site organisations
- Strong business partnering capability and executive stakeholder management skills
- Finance transformation, ERP implementation and operational improvement experience
- CA or CPA qualifications
Equally importantly, you are a commercially astute, hands-on leader who can quickly build credibility, influence stakeholders and create impact from day one.
