At Data#3, we bridge the gap between complex technology solutions, supply chains, and customer outcomes. We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Operations Specialist to join our Brisbane team, driving high-value support across hardware, pricing, and data.
In this role you will:
- Support Account Executives with quotes, pricing and product information
- Navigate End User Compute product spec sheets, identifying component compatibility and suitable product substitutions
- Use Excel to import, manipulate, reconcile, and troubleshoot large operational and product datasets.
- Validate pricing, product codes and quotes against customer requirements
- Liaise with vendors and distributors to track supply chains, lead times, stock availability, and backorders.
- Ensure high accuracy across product codes, customer contracts, and order fulfilment workflows.
About You
- Background in sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, or IT product administration.
- Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation, and reconciliation).
- Working knowledge of End User Compute technology products (desktops, notebooks, displays, and accessories).
- Understanding of tech supply-chain logistics, vendor pricing structures, and order lifecycle management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Exposure to SQL or querying data tools is an advantage, but not essential.
