We're seeking a Managerof Business Applications to own the full portfolio of custom and commercial software applications for a growing Nashville-based company. You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders and the technology team — translating operational needs into scalable solutions and leading a team that delivers them.

What You'll Do

Own and oversee all custom-built and commercial software applications across the organization with a focus on ERP
Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions that move the business forward
Build and manage departmental budgets, balancing cost efficiency with strategic investment
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology professionals
Drive ERP implementations from scoping through go-live
Evaluate and introduce new tools, methodologies, and platforms that improve how the business operates
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach to technology projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in technology, atleast 3 years with ERP systems
Proven track record managing both custom-developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
Strong communicator — equally effective with engineers, executives, and end users
Experience leading ERP implementations
Hands-on experience with ERP systems including but not limited to Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics.
