The Sales Operations Manager will focus on qualitative levers that drive business outcomes across all markets. Acting as a maker-checker alongside branch teams, this role ensures sales strategies are effectively executed, contributing to organizational growth and national business dashboards.
- Resource Productivity: Enhance efficiency and output of sales teams.
- Renewal Base and Leakage: Strategize to maximize renewals and reduce customer churn.
- Branch-wise YTD Growth Trends: Analyze and drive growth across branches.
- Weekly Reviews & Market Reports: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable, market-specific insights.
- Sales KRAs: Manage qualitative levers impacting key result areas.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support other initiatives vital for national business performance.
- Bachelor's degree: In Business, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or business strategy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team Management: Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- A manager-level professional capable of providing insight-driven interventions and ensuring measurable day-to-day impact on sales operations.
