About the Role
Newton School of Technology is a new-age engineering institute focused on Computer Science, AI, and emerging technologies, built with deep industry integration and strong placement outcomes.
As NST scales its employer ecosystem across startups, GCCs, and elite technology companies, we are looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) professional to bring structure, visibility, and operational rigor across the sales and placement function.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting accuracy across teams.
- Build and manage dashboards for outreach, placements, hiring pipelines, and conversion tracking.
- Support weekly forecasting, target tracking, and business reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and improve workflows across sales and account management processes.
- Drive reporting discipline and data visibility for leadership.
- Support incentive tracking, process documentation, and operational planning.
- Work closely with sales/account teams to improve execution efficiency and follow-through.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical/operations roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Exposure to Metabase.
- Experience working with CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
